SKIN Memberships

No. There is no sign up fee for either membership option. 

Yes. There is a 6 month minimum commitment. Following your 6 months your membership may be cancelled at anytime. To cancel your membership you must notify West End Wellness & Medical Aesthetics via email before the 1st of the month. Email: westendaesthetics.info@gmail.com

 Yes. You are able to upgrade or downgrade your membership at anytime. Please be advised that you are to notify the clinic immediately of your request in order to have it done in a timely manner prior to the upcoming month. 

No. If you do not receive your monthly treatment it does not carry over to the following month. We recommend booking ahead for your treatments as we can not always accommodate last minute requests. 

Yes. Our SKIN members can book their monthly service online and the system will redeem one of the eligible treatments per month through your membership. Any discounts on products, packages, services on your birthday month, for friends/family, etc. will be redeemed in clinic during the check out process. 

It is your responsibility to book your following appointments in a timely manner. We recommend your pre-book your appointments. If you book your appointment in advance and there is a booking conflict on your end we will do our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantees. 

No. The SKIN Membership is for services provided by our Medical Aesthetician/Aesthetician only. We may offer occasional promotions to our SKIN members that offer discounted injectable treatments but it is not guaranteed.
