- Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive to your appointment late please be advised that we may need to reschedule all or some of your requested treatments. If you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
- Cancellation/No Show Policy: We understand that things come up but we ask that you please cancel/reschedule your appointment with 24-hours notice. Failure to do so or repeated cancellations/no show bookings may results in being blocked from online booking, a credit card requirement upon booking and ultimately being required to pay a cancellation/no-show fee.
