No. There is no sign up fee for either membership option.
Yes. There is a 6 month minimum commitment. Following your 6 months your membership may be cancelled at anytime. To cancel your membership you must notify West End Wellness & Medical Aesthetics via email before the 1st of the month. Email: westendaestheticssudbury@gmail.com.
Yes. You are able to upgrade or downgrade your membership at anytime. Please be advised that you are to notify the clinic immediately of your request in order to have it done in a timely manner prior to the upcoming month.
No. If you do not receive your monthly treatment it does not carry over to the following month.
Yes. Our SKIN members can book their monthly service online and the system will redeem one of the eligible treatments per month through your membership (express dermaplaning facial/medical grade facial) at $0.00. Any discounts on products, packages, services on your birthday month, friends/family, etc. will be redeemed in clinic with our Medical Aesthetician.
It is your responsibility to book your following appointments in a timely manner. If you book your appointment in advance and on the off chance there is a booking conflict we will do our best to accommodate you.
No. The SKIN Membership is for services provided by our Medical Aesthetician only. We may offer occasional promotions to our SKIN members that offer discounted injectable treatments but it is not guaranteed.
